Scientific Tasks The Dean of Scientific Staff is one of the pillars on which the Deanship of the College of Nursing is based. It is the main link for following up on developments, seminars, workshops, and academic activities in the college, in addition to following up on the affairs of undergraduate and graduate students and their discipline during the post-graduation period after they graduate from the college. The duties of the Office of the Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs include moderating books, following up on attendance, requests, and registrations, ensuring students wear the uniform, accurately recording the minutes of student discipline committees, following up on registration with academic departments, applying the regulations imposed by the Ministry of Education, and implementing the instructions of the Presidency of Tikrit University.

Duties and powers of the Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs

1- Organizing final exam schedules in coordination with the college's academic departments.

2- Organizing weekly class schedules in coordination with academic departments and study halls, including ensuring the smooth running of graduate studies.

3- Supervising the weekly lecture records for consumed meat, including all sectors specified for each subject and according to the instructions for customs.

4- Following up on the implementation of graduate studies and their discipline in accordance with medical regulations and instructions.

5- Auditing applications submitted for graduate studies after they have been entered by the scientific department and standardized.

6- Verifying cases of university transfer from other universities to postgraduate studies at the college, referring them to the judicial departments of the applicants, and contacting the relevant authorities.

7- Following up on postgraduate study applications in terms of duration and clearing them from diagnostic devices and instructions.

8- Participate in the college's graduate studies committees on a weekly basis when invited by them to discuss matters related to specialized graduate studies in the departments, including good performance, preparing a statement for the graduate student's discussion one day before the discussion date, and preparing the minutes of the discussion committees, evaluating them, and submitting them to the college council.

9- Supervising the preparation of annual statistics for graduate studies in the college.

10- Delivering and receiving exam books according to the specified instructions.

11- Announcing exam results after they have been decided by the graduate studies committees in the scientific and exclusive departments.

12- Submitting the grades of the scientific departments according to a form prepared for this purpose for approval by the graduate studies committees.

14- In addition to submitting the first and second European exam questions, the scientific departments are required to do so in accordance with the procedures in place for the preliminary examination.
